1. About Us and Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all sales of services by Travel Exec
Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales.
1.2 By making a booking, placing an order, or otherwise engaging our services, you automatically
accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, whether or not you have signed a separate
agreement.
1.3 These Terms apply to all Clients, including individuals, companies, and any third party for whom
a booking is made.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 We provide serviced-based travel and executive-related services as described in our proposals,
quotations, booking confirmations, or on our website.
2.2 The exact scope, timing, and price of the services shall be as set out in the relevant booking
confirmation or service agreement.
3. Formation of Contract
3.1 A binding obligation on the Client shall arise as soon as the Client gives any confirmation or
authorisation to proceed with a booking or services, whether given by email, WhatsApp, telephone,
online systems, or any other method.
3.2 The Client’s instruction to proceed shall constitute an immediate and irrevocable commitment
and full acceptance of these Terms.
3.3 Travel Exec Limited shall not be bound and shall incur no liability unless and until we issue our
own confirmation of the booking and/or issue tickets or services.
3.4 Any person making a booking on behalf of another warrants they have full authority to bind that
person or organisation.
3.5 The Client acknowledges that we may incur costs and make non-refundable commitments
immediately upon their instruction to proceed.
4. Prices and No Price Guarantee
4.1 All prices quoted are indicative only and subject to availability.
4.2 No price is guaranteed until tickets are issued and/or services are formally confirmed and
issued.
4.3 We reserve the right to amend any quoted price prior to ticketing due to supplier changes,
currency fluctuations, taxes, or errors.
4.4 Any quotation does not constitute a binding offer.
5. Non-Refundable Policy
5.1 All sales are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
5.2 No refund shall be given for cancellations, no-shows, or changes in circumstances.
5.3 Any agreed refund may exclude administrative or third-party costs.
6. Client Obligations
6.1 You warrant all information provided is accurate and complete.
6.2 You are responsible for compliance with all laws and obtaining all required travel documents.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant services.
7.3 Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
8. Complaints and Disputes
8.1 Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days.
8.2 The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory
consumer protection laws for overseas consumers.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Data Protection
11.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
12. Severability
12.1 Invalid provisions shall not affect the remainder of these Terms.
13. Entire Agreement
13.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
14. Amendments
14.1 We may amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of booking applies.
